Certification Process

1.) Acquisition & Verification: NV Cann Labs collects, identifies, and registers all samples in accordance with Nevada state regulations. Call us today and we’ll set up a plan that strictly adheres to the regulatory chain of command per NAC 453A.

2.) Product Registration: Product information is verified in-house as samples are entered into the laboratory’s database where official tracking and data collection can be overseen.

3.) Laboratory Testing: Utilizing state-of-the-art instrumentation our testing analyzes potency, solvent residuals, and heavy metals, including microbial and mycotoxin screenings. We fulfill all testing as mandated per Nevada state law under NAC 453A.

4.) Analytical Overview: Overseeing the full product review, our Lab Director is able to expertly verify all testing procedure and the accuracy of data recorded and collected.

5.) Official Certification: Upon issuing a certificate of analysis affirming that a sample has passed all required testing panels for potency and safety standards, our customers may release the accredited lot for sale (and/or further processing) as NV Cann Labs confidently assures the safety, potency, and purity of the product per Nevada state statutes.
